The Bowl

After a rough(er) night, this light and healthy breakfast might just pick you up. (Either this, or a greasy fix, but I’ll get to that option some other time😉)

Peel a grapefruit and cut it into parts, put them in a bowl, with as much of the juice you can save in the process.

Add blueberries, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, almond flakes, crushed walnut, half a banana (sliced) , cinnamon powder and a drizzle of local produce honey…..

And, if you wish, add some mint leaves and a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
